Friendly and courteous staff, despite turning up without a prior appointment. They made some suggestions about things we should consider with the purchase of a turntable that I hadn't considered. They also explained the options with regard to store stock and online ordering.

Viewing in the shop was by a pre booked appointment. We had 1 hour of personal attention with no pressure to buy any particular make of TV unlike some stores whose staff work on commission with that in mind. Bought a TV, delivery within days as in stock and a 6 year guarantee. No complaints
