An  appalling level of service with zero communication. I had numerous excuses from Janet Timothy's assistants but after 31 working days holding my very personal information she still had not done the simple task I'd requested nor had she had the courtesy to contact me and advise of the delay.   As a partner to the company, Janet's unprofessional behavior reflects very badly on the company. 
Don't bother using them they'll keep you waiting!
