DISGUSTING SERVICE- school service Left my then 5year-old outside of my house (with no-one home), when he was due to be dropped off in the square with family members who were waiting there. Took my family members over 20minutes to find him as our neighbours daughter saw him when she got off her school bus and took him down to her house. Rang to complain 'response was that's where he told me to drop him off' he was 5 at the time. No apology nothing.

BIG thanks to the Driver on the 8.50 411 bus from St Davids waiting for me, with my big load of luggage.As an ex LT bus conductor I know how un appreciated you can feel so doing your job... I also noticed he waited for other of people en-route . One suggestion though I noticed the bus got to Haverfordwest railway station only a few minutes after the Carmarthenshire direction train had left. Looking at the timetable seems most of the other buses dont connect very well either. As the trains are only every couple of hours, I wonder would it be possible to schedule to connect with the trains better?

I work for this company and they offer a second to none service helping ferry people around from towns and villages around ceredigion Carmarthenshire and Pembrokeshire whilst also doing coach tour work and schools.
