I am writing to thank you for our new roof. It is so reassuring to know that KS1 is safe, dry and warm at last.

On behalf of everyone at Forest Row Primary School, I would like to say what a pleasure it was having the team from Richard Soan Roofing Services Ltd carrying out the work. Scott and his colleagues, Robbie and Pedro, kept us informed at every stage and made the children the priority at all times. Their professional and friendly attitudes quickly made them a welcome part of our school community.

Considering the size of the works the disruption to school life was minimal. The site was always kept immaculately tidy and any requests we made were dealt with immediately and courteously. We were amazed that we had barely any drips inside, despite the atrocious weather conditions that prevailed throughout most of the project.

We would be delighted to see our friends from Richard Soan Roofing Services back any time.

Dear Richard,

I want to thank you and your staff for the roofing work carried out at our school over the last several months.

Despite bad weather at the start of the project the roof works has been completed to a high standard and the benefits are already being noticed from the insulation and skylights.

The workmen were very respectful and hardworking, any issues that may have arisen were addressed directly to either yourself or the site manager and rectified immediately. Communication with both yourself and Jordan, the site manager, were very good. Daily updates were provided and at all times we were informed of progress.

Regularly visits by you on site were very much appreciated and the fact that I was able to communicate direct with you was extremely helpful.

I would certainly recommend your company and if at any time I needed further work carried I would not hesitate to contact you.

We approached Richard Soan Roofing Services to replace the roof on our house.
We chose Richard Soan Roofing as we though they were a reputable company and would look after us.
The work was carried out to a high standard and we look forward to many years of excellent service from our new roof
