We just brought our first house as a family through Richard Butler and the experience was fantastic start to finish. We had been looking for a while and first up their selection and showcase of properties meant that in the main many of our viewings were with the team there. We had dealings with Richard, Billy and Sophie and everyone was clear kind and supportive at initial viewing stages. Once we found the house - on a bank holiday sat! They were fast moving and helpful to support us with the process and securing our dream home. Although we had a smaller chain, they kept us informed and updated throughout and we never felt in anyway a bother to call and ask questions. As a team fantastic ! Recommend highly
Recently purchased a property with Richard Butler as the acting estate agents. Superb communication throughout the entire process, especially pacifying the vendor when it appeared a very weak link in the chain on our side started causing problems. Fantastic customer service, highly recommend.

Following whet seemed to be an interminable house move, we have to say that, without the extensive support from Rhian at Butlers along with our local estate agent, we do not think that it would have happened. Rhian pursued solictors and other related contacts thoughout the six months taken to bring our move to Ross-on-Wye to a happy ending! Thank you for your support.
We purchased a property that was being sold through Richard Butler and what an amazing job they did with our particular case. We were in the smallest of chains, 1st time buyer purchased our flat, we purchased the vendor's bungalow and vendor was moving onto his next property. Our particular transaction took longer than it should have considering the small chain, solicitor issues, long withdrawal of various funds all at our buyer's side, last minute queries but we did get there in the end, just. It was all thanks to the wonderful Rhian, she was a Godsend. She was always there for us to get in touch with when needed, she was always managing our expectations and the passing on of information between myself and the vendor. She was the perfect middle-woman, and goodness me she chased and chased and chased to the bitter end to get exchange over the line. What was a longer than it needed to be process I think was handled in the best way by Rhian, we cannot thank her and Richard Butler enough. We are looking forward to getting those keys and moving starting our new life :. Thank you!
Used both to sell and purchase our properties, we found Richard Butler Estate Agent very professional in the services they offered.
