You'll be lucky if you ever get a call returned within a reasonable frame of time, if at all. Once waited for weeks after 4 attempts then got a voicemail while I was on holiday! Money talks - as they only seem remotely responsive when money is involved. Yes, this is fine with a new client clearly, but I find this quite worrying after giving this firm many thousands of ££ worth of my families money over the course of 15+ years. Abismal. This is exactly the kind of stuff that makes people hate lawyers!
