Really decent food. Reasonably priced. I just wish they had a proper drinks menu available as it's table service. Would have made ordering more drinks easier.

Having a nice refreshing pint of 'Snake Eye's' before the wedding reception!!  Was nice to sit outside on a warm sunny evening with a nice beer and staff, lovely traditional pub with a friendly atmosphere!!

Superb beer. Safe and great atmosphere. Lovely, patient, friendly staff. Can't fault it. An absolute gem of a pub.

After an afternoon round the cathedral it was great to sit by the river and enjoy a glass of wine.

A bit ott still with this covid stuff, but did ilke the young girl who rang for help for the three people in the river across the road from the pub..

Good selection of ales.  Tasty food.  Good atmosphere and great staff.

Good pub by the river. Shows the football. Good food. Reasonable booze. Lovely staff, chatty and fun. Worth stopping for a pint!
