Wow. Where do I begin?! The customer service was exceptional from the get go. We checked in and I asked if someone could set up some balloons and banners for my daughters birthday in the lodge, nothing was a problem. We entered the lodge and it was all set up, even left her a birthday card and a helium balloon. The lodge was absolutely beautiful. The beds were so comfortable. The entertainment throughout the day and evening was brilliant for the kids, the swimming pool was lovely and clean. I honestly could go on and on but it was just the best week away. I'm just absolutely gutted the lodges are fully booked for winter break next year already but we will definitely be back!!!
Only stopped one night in the motel as a birthday treat but it was a very good room. It was clean apart from the kettle - needs descaling. The facilities onsite are tremendous. The Spar is well stocked. The receptionist last night was nice, helpful and lovely. The coffee shop did tremendous coffee. Overall, enjoyable.
This was my first time at Ribby Hall. Me and my son stayed for a 4 day break before Christmas and our stay was spectacular!!! There wasn’t a single thing i could fault about it. Great welcome , helpful, friendly staff, so many activities and the accommodation was comfortable, spacious and clean. Superb swimming experience which my son loved the slides. The treehouse and meet Santa was incredible. I would definitely recommend this place for an affordable, fun and relaxing family break.
Everything was thought of....tea towels fish washer tablets towels soaps!! Didn't need to take anything. Great swimming pool for families. Well kept site, very clean. Accommodation was really nice comfortable beds. Was lovely and warm on arrivalRooms: 5/5
Short pre Xmas break to take our granddaughter to see Santa and do some of the Xmas activities. The whole experience was great. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them. The accommodation Ruby Lodge was fantastic well equipped and warm, even though it reached -8°C one night. Will definitely go again
Very diverse holiday park with every accommodation option you could need, from rooms for one night to cottages, static caravans, statement lodges, and an adults-only hotel and spa which sounds suss but I'm assured isn't. It's very well set up for families with lots of short duration activities at The Hive, good walking trails around the site, several play parks, a well-designed leisure centre and a couple of soft plays. It was also reassuring to see locals use the health club and nursery, to see the park as part of the local community, not just plonked in the area. It's handy for Blackpool without being too close, but that trip is just an addition, not because you've ran out of things to do at the park. This now sounds like a paid post, but I honestly just started googling the park on our last night to see what the story was, as it doesn't feel like a chain place, and in a good way. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, thank you for an easy holiday.
Great experience again at Ribby Hall. Not been for 3 years and they have, finally , spent money on updating the bar, restaurant and entertainment area. Wow what a turnaround, much better fanily experience. We stayed in the farmhouse which is a 2 minute walk off site, the house is stunning!! Well worth the money, we comfortably had 4 adults and 6 children of different ages in there. We will definitely go back to Ribby and hopefully if we are lucky stay in the farmhouse again!!
We often visit Ribby Hall swimming as a family and we ways have a great time! Very clean and looked after pools and facilities, my kids especially love the slides and the hot tubs. Can't wait for our next visit!
Stayed in the log cabins, great for some peace and quiet. Only gripes with this place is that random members of the public can just come in and use all the facilities. When you pay these kinds of prices you expect it to exclusively be for paying guests. They also section the pool off for outside classes, which makes the part you can use busier than it should be. Sounds like I've had a moan here haha barring those issues the sites brilliant, nice restaurants, pancake hut, coffee shop, wildlife trail, parks etc. All staff were extremely pleasant and helpful.
The chalets and lodges are nearly all ways clean to a very high standard and maintained well. The staff do their very best to make your visit happy and comfortable. The cafe next to the village shop, is the best place for a coffee and lunch or snack. The on sight restaurants are ok but don't cope with large orders well. Don't have you're wedding breakfast here.
