Cally our vet of choice is amazing with Luke. Over the years she has built up a solid relationship with him, so she can handle him fully for assessment. Luke was a rescue & was originally very weary of most forms of contact & we had to muzzle him to allow examination. The muzzle is no longer needed as his trust in Cally has grown even though he usually only sees her once a year. Her professional yet friendly manor is amazing, always putting us at ease even when the worst is expected, & yet we feel she is fully involved & relieved when the out come is positive, almost like she him her own
Always friendly and professional. They have treated our cat for various illnesses and problems in the past. She stays in the Cattery two or three times a year, and we have never had any problems. So, a definite thumbs up.
Amazing vets - We now have 2 Rottweilers, between different vets and the dogs, they can both be nervous, however we opt to see Rory - who is confident with this large breed which makes visits so much easier. Cant recommend Rory and this practice enough.
Excellent overall. Boo Boo my kitten had his first jab vet was very nice and helpful .
First visit with my cat. I was very impressed. Very friendly and professional. Very good with my cat and consultation was not rushed. Listened carefully to my concerns and was very thorough. Nice premises with good parking.
Honestly the best veterinary practice. We travel a long way because they are so lovely with our pets and genuinely fantastic vets. We regularly see Rhian, who has looked after our pets for years, a professional, experienced and caring vet who our dogs adore. The care she's shown us has been second to none. We first came to the practice with our newly rescued dog showing signs of health issues, looking for a second opinion when several other local vets had given up trying to workout what was happening. Rhian diagnosed the issue in one visit. He's been like a different dog since and his quality of life is vastly improved. You always feel like you're talking to someone who appreciates that they're members of our family! We've seen a few other vets at the practice Lucia, Callie and they've all been fantastic. Their nurses are fantastic too and you can see that they care so much for the animals they treat. I wouldn't trust anyone else with looking after my pets.
Took lost dog there I found wandering on road little terrier dog, all it's fur was matted been really badly treated in a really bad way said I would pay to have him treated. But said they had to contact owner first the dog was in hell of a state.all we wanted was the health of dog fixing as it was clear that owner were neglecting the dog but wouldn't help . Shocking. Stay away
Don't seem to want to reply to emails on either of their stated email addresses, more than happy to take your money though. Very disappointing experience, hence moving my pet to another vets.
Excellent service, Laura Day is extremely knowledgeable and always makes sure our pets are cared for. Lorna from the cattery is amazing with our cats and I know they are in the best hands when we leave them with her. Highly recommend Rhyd Broughton!
All the vets are highly experienced and speak to you with the upmost respect,they had to deliver the worst news to me which was a sudden shock,they spent time with me and gave me options,we came to a decision that was best for my cat,he was cremated and I had him back within days,they also went above and beyond by enclosing a beautiful card with a special poem and my cats paw prints,a special touch that I will never forget.
