Not happy about our stays me an my wife booked rhonwill property and the escape and then rhonwill again for january rhonwill had thick dirt and dust behind radiators there is mold in both bedrooms and also the conservatory a couch is hiding severe mold growth there also had issues with a toaster blowing up took about a week to get a new dropped off which was left on the doorstep!Purposly left the dead fly on living room window shelf what was there when we moved in.Then told a cleaner was coming the cleaner had been but was still thick dust and dirt and the dead fly also still there then went into the escape been waitin 2+ weeks for fire to be fixed still nothing the hot tap in the bathroom of the escape didnt work told jamie took a week or over for a man to come and bodge it still not right but its better and worst of all we came to the escape 2nd dec its now 21st dec and we havent had someone come and change our bedsheets im quite disgusted about the whole experience and im not happy being here let alone my 2 dogs aswell as my wife a complete and utter let down we didnt even get shown around or told how things work like washing machines,dishwasher etc complete joke if i could leave a review of 0 stars i would........Edit: ADDED AFTER PETTY REPLY..... ARE NO ISSUES???WHAT ARE YOU BLIND? THERES MOLD IN BOTH THE BEDROOMS AND THE CONSERVATORY HIDDEN BEHIND THE COUCH..... I FOUND WHAT WAS HIDING HERE ....SEVERE MOLD GROWTH .....WHAT OBVIOUSLY DIDNT WANT TO BE FOUND AS LIKE I SAY WAS HIDDEN BEHIND THE COUCH ...FILTH.... SO HOW ARE WE MEANT TO CONTACT YOU LIKE YOUR STATING WHEN YOU DONT REPLY YOU MORON AND THE REASON YOU KNEW WE WERE VAPING WAS BECAUSE YOU CAME ROUND AND SAW I WAS VAPING AND DIDNT SAY I COULDNT AND WAS TALKING ABOUT E LIQUIDS FOR ELECTRONIC CIGS WHO IS HUMILIATING THEMSELVES NOW SO DONT EVEN PLAY THAT GAME!!! AND A FEW POINTS HERE ASWELL WHILE IM AT IT AS FOR YOUR NUMBER 3 REPLY I WASNT DEBATING THAT A CERTAIN SIDE WAS WORKING OR NOT ON THE BLOODY TOASTER IM DEBATING THE CONSTANT REPLACEMENT TIME IT TOOK YOU AND THE CONSTANT MESSAGES TO YOU ABOUT ENDLESS PROBLEMS YOU NEVER SORT OUT.... YOU SAY YOU TAKE PRIDE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE YOU GOT A FUNNY WAY OF SHOWING IT YOUR A SHAM OF A LETTING BUSINESS ANOTHER PROPERTY WAS BOOKED LOCALLY WITH A COMPLETLY DIFFERENT COMPANY AND THIS OTHER COMPANY NOT RHOSNEIGER HOLIDAY LETTING WITH MR SHAM JAMIE WAS TOLD ABOUT JAMIE AND OUR ISSUES AND THEY SAID JAMIE IS USELESS WE DONT HAVE DEALINGS WITH HIM ANYMORE SO DONT JUST TAKE MY WORD FOR IT WHOEVER READS THIS .....YOUR NUMBER 4 REPLY. YOU SOUND LIKE PARCELFORCE ATTEMPTED WHYS THAT? NOT CAPABLE TO FIX IT JUST LIKE YOUR NOT CAPABLE OF SORTING PROBLEMS OUT EITHER.NUMBER 8 YOU SAW ME VAPE AND DIDNT SAY ANYTHING THEN BLAME ME FOR VAPING HAHAHA LITTLE BOY IN A PLAYGROUND RUNNING HIS MOUTH CANT TAKE HIS BUSINESS IS SHOCKING AN BEEN NAMED AND SHAMED..NUMBER 8 UNDERMINE YOUR BUSINESS YES FOR WHAT IS IT IS .... A SHOCKING DISGRACE AND YOU WANT THE OPPURTUNITY TO PUT RIGHT ISSUES WHICH YOU BELIVE ARE NONE THATS BECAUSE YOU DONT SORT THEM OUT AND CANT BE BOTHERED AND ASSUME THERES NONE BUT OBVIOUSLY COULDNT CARE LESS SO MUCH FOR TAKING PRIDE IN CUSTOMERS...NUMBER 10 WERE NOT RUDE WE TOLD YOU FAIR AND SQUARE ABOUT ISSUES WHAT YOU BASICALLY HAVE TOOK THE MICK WITH AND WE HAVE ASTHMA AND THERES MOLD IN BOTH BEDROOMS SO WE COULDNT STAY IN A CERTAIN BEDROOM AS THEY BOTH HAVE MOLD I HAVE PHOTOGRAPHIC EVIDENCE OF BEFORE RUNNING YOUR MOUTH IM NOT DISRESPECTFUL ONLY OF A CLOWN LIKE YOU WHO DISREPECT OTHER PEOPLE MAKE OUT YOU RUN A BRILLIANT BUSINESS WHATS CLEARLY NOT.AS FOR YOU SAYING YOU HAVE 6 POOR REVIEWS AND ALL OF THEM HAVE BEEN MADE BEFORE CONTACTING YOU THATS BECAUSE THEY PROBABLY ARE FED UP WITH YOU NOT DOING ANYTHING ABOUT ISSUES AND DONT SORT ANYTHING OUT OR GET BACK TO THEM LIKE US AND THEN LEFT THE BAD REVIEWS SO DONT MAKE ME LAUGH MAKING OUT THERE LEFT BEFORE CONTACTING YOU BECAUSE I WOULD BET MONEY THEY TRYED AN GAVE UP ON YOU LIKE WE HAVE...ALSO MY PARTNERS SOLICITORS RANG JAMIE TO COMPLAIN AND HE HUNG UP ON THEM AVOID!
