Spacious site located close enough to town for amenities but secluded enough in the lovely Shropshire countryside that it makes a good spot to hide from the feds while the heat dies down. Lovely views in the morning with great sight lines providing early warning for the flashing blues. The locals are warm, accommodating, and possess surprisingly good baking skills. Would highly recommend to my fellow unconventional earners.
So peaceful ! Well looked after site!! Beautiful views of The Severn Valley !!
It's a nice relaxing place with the river near by plenty of walks and Severn valley railway you can catch
I love it up there we have a family caravan up there beautiful places to walk great near the River Severn so much history about this area it's worth looking into
Not the best place to have a caravan club house to small to accommodate all residents no play area for kids not enough parking space and some caravans are to close together. All said and done great place for fishing and steam train enthusiasts.
Tried caravanning but not for us! Was told when we bought a caravan here that prob. Get back half if we changed our minds and after 2years we did! But practically had to give the caravan back to them for next to nothing and we had hardly used it! Then heard it had been sold within weeks to another ,sucker, for thousands again! New buyers BEWARE! Very little help from owners barely saw them and old van left empty by us in delerlict position abandoned and eyesore! You are responsible for own grass cutting even when you can’t get there! So what are the site fees for? Never again! Put your money in bricks and mortar! On a positive note the SVR is nice and Highley villiage coomunity centre is nice with outdoor bathes in the summer! Lovely walks! But rent a van or go camping to enjoy all this is better!
We enjoy every weekend down here and some weeks when the kids are of school me and the family are glad we bought a static on Rhea hall caravan the club is great with artists on over the weekend and the staff are great and help full the people are friendly
Quiet place see lots of different animals can hear train puff at the bottom of caravan site
Great place lovely view of the Severn valley clubhouse is great with singers and discos I just LOVE IT
