To know that it is a family run business that takes pride in their customers cars and not just worry about figures was very refreshing to me so I took my car there on guidance from my insurance Co and met a guy called Simon (estimator) who was of great help. He reassured me that I would be looked after from start to finish which I was and due to me not taking out courtesy car cover be even arranged for me to have a lift home. I also had some other damage on my car which Simon give me a very fair price to get done the same time which I took him up on. Amazing Company that went that extra mile for me

I first used RGM about 18 years ago when i had my fiesta repaired after a bump on my driver wing. The work that they carried out was very good and match for the red paintwork was spot on. I was very pleased. However they recently carried out repairs on my present car and even though the repair was of a good standard i was also left with other small marks on my driver and passenger doors that definitely where not there before. There was also some deep scratch marks on my drivers door handle. I spoke to the manager in charge and his answer for any damage was that ' The car has not left the workshop'. So does this mean that it can't be damaged in the workshop? The manager did say that he has had complaints before and i was very disappointed with the attitude and service i received. I have since spoken to a family friend and he says a similar thing happened to his daughters car.
