Nic is an amazing bloke, very helpful. He will look after you 100%. He looks after all my bikes extremely well. I wouldnt go anywhere else.
Had a problem with my brake pads. Despite not having the Sram components Nic was able to get me back on the road very quickly
I thought the shop was overpriced and the labour charges were high. Whilst on holiday we took my sons balance bike to have two inner tubes replaced. The cost of the inner tubes was double the price of Halfords and I was charged £20 in addition to the cost of the product for no more than 15 minutes work. I try to buy from independent shops but when the price is double it's hard to justify it. The service was pleasant.
Always really helpful staff and nothing is too much trouble... if I need something done in a rush they will always do their best ! Brilliant team
I pulled a spoke through the rim the very day we were off to Spain to cycle through France to Caen. Absolute panic to get it fixed and these folks fixed it quickly, well and at a reasonable price. An hour later we were off to Portsmouth to catch the ferry. So, so grateful to Nic, you saved me from a nightmare. We cycled 720 miles without a problem from the wheel.
At Revolutions I dealt with Nic. He was very friendly and quickly sorted out the correct parts I needed. These were delivered the following day. I am very happy with the service and expertise and will be returning next time I need some help
Trying to find a new Liv Tempt 29er, we phoned around all of the bike shops within an hour's drive. Revolutions was the only bike shop that was friendly, helpful and actually had the bike in stock. The price beat all the other shops. Nic was really nice and let us test the bikes out in the shop, was really patient, didn't rush us. He also helped me to choose the right size bike. It was also lovely to meet his family and dog! Shop local and support small businesses - it's so much better than buying online! Highly recommend and will definitely be shopping here again!

I was riding Forest of Dean when my front bearings decided to pack in, so I gave them a call. Was told they were busy so would try and fit me in when they could. Great service from them managed expectations and luckily had some odd shaped Cube bearings! Saved me a lot of hassle and money as I was riding BPW the next day! Thanks
I was riding from Much Birch to Ross-on-Wye via Hole in the wall when I had a puncture. Rang and asked could they help. No problem,turn up and we’ll sort it within the hour. True to their word they did and I was so grateful. Can’t recommend the service highly enough.
