Went for a family lunch today. I know it’s a bank holiday and the last day of the eat our to help out scheme but the place was not busy or full. Took 50 minutes from ordering for all food including starters to arrive and it was all cold. Will not be going there again or recommending it to anyone.

Was racially profiled by the manager Rob. He is a terrible representation of your club. I would advise everyone to avoid this place and find another spot especially if you’re not Caucasian.

Absolutely appalling service. Waited an hour for our food only to be informed they’d lost our cheque. The waiters are clearly inept. I mean I know there’s a global pandemic going on but we’re trying to enjoy our final days and this standard of service is just not acceptable...
