First time client here! I’m temporarily at Altrincham for university, and have been on the lookout for a permanent Salon… And this is the spot! I was greeted with warmth & inviting energy with smiles all around, and a vanilla latte. Fin styled me a ‘Cut and Finish’, she made me feel comfy and saw my vision completely. I went to get my ears pierced here. I was attended to by Jenni who was so lovely and made me feel very calm. 3 other ladies helped make sure the piercing markings were perfectly aligned beforehand! We had a nice chat before and after which really reassured me. Would highly recommend!

I visited yesterday morning due to last minute issues arising from my end which meant I needed my hair styling asap. The staff were brilliant and very accommodating and understanding. I have been going to Revive for over ten yars and wouldn't go anywhere else. Initially I just had gel nails and polish removal. This is a lengthy process but the delightful friendlness of all the staff who carry it out made it all the more enjoyable. I now have my hair done there, my eyebrows and even, on occasions, my make-up. I cannot fault them. Their service is always cheerful and professional. The atmosphere in the salon is so welcoming and it's great to enter such an establishment to be greeted by consistently happy smiling faces. All the girls seem happy in their work, supremely lead by the lovely Naghmana who can never do enough for you! I even won a prize in their recent Christmas Raffle - a bag of the most luxurious lotions, potions and shampoos. Fantastic! Thank you Naghmana and all your lovely team. xx

Such a gorgeous place. Came in today as a gift from my sisters - everyone in there was so lovely, really welcoming and amazing at what they do! I have used their laser hair removal service and it was absolutely brilliant! Before i started the procees I was fully informed how it would work and about the after effects/care skin rashes etc if I get any.. Came in today for a very relaxing massage which was a  last minute appointment, the lady on the phone who I think I recall as being called Kealey was super helpful and was so professional when dealing with me.  Jenny and the team was on hand to greet me when I arrived and made me feel right at home- going to salons isn’t something I do regularly so I was feeling out of place prior to my appointment.  I was given a fabulous cup of coffee which was complimentary- possibly the best I’ve had!  The turn around from when I arrived to being shown to the treatment room was straight off the bat. The salon runs like clock work and is so organised.  The cleanliness of the salon is perfect and something as little as being provided a good quality clean towel adds to the amazing customer service I received today.  Jenny gave me a fabulous relaxing massage and I simply cannot wait to book again! My professional job leaves me feeling super stressed and I really do feel like I’ve been revived!  The customer service didn’t stop there, I received after care advice from Jenny and she was on hand to make sure I was fully hydrated before leaving.  Thank you very much Revive and the team.  I will definitely be seeing you all again!

I’ve visited revive for the first time, i enjoyed the whole salon experience. I had my highlights and gel manicure done by Kealey and Kady. The staff really listened to what I wanted, Emma the receptionist was very attentive and made a good coffee!  I bought a gift card for Mother’s Day. 5* PERFECT I walked into this salon after popping into altrincham to do abit of shopping. Thought I could do with a hair cut, I have a regular barber and haven't had a hair cut of anyone else in over 2 years. I had a really friendly smiley greeting of the girl at the desk which made me feel at ease instantly. I first though the place smelt amazing the place in general was just well lit and well laid out. I had a great hazelnut latte, I've never been offered a coffee at my barbers  The girl who did my hair, jess was lovely, she was quick and efficient and made sure I was happy with the cut throughout as I said I was fussy when it comes to my hair. She did a perfect job!! Prefer it compared to my my barbers cut. We got to talking and she mentioned they do massages because I said I've had a bad back from rugby and the gym so I booked in for a massage there and then. They had great treatment rooms again, smelt amazing! I now have a massage booked ever other Wednesday  All the girls are so friendly and love to have a conversation. I'm used to sitting in a chair for 30 minutes and not saying a word but "okay" at the end. it was a great experience and ill definitely be going back for another trim! I also bought a candle because of how nice the place smelt!! Services:&nbsp;Waxing
