The drinks were amazing and we had such a wonderful time! Zara, the lovely bartender, recommended the zombie, which was a real treat. I would definitely return just for these drinks and the cute bartender.
We visited Reuben’s BBQ in Whitchurch and were really impressed. I had the Philly Cheesesteak Burger and my wife went for the Dirty Burger – both were absolutely fantastic, cooked perfectly and full of flavour. Since it was Wednesday, we took advantage of their great £10 burger and fries deal, which made it even better value.nnService was spot on too – Tom looked after us brilliantly, friendly and attentive without being over the top.nnOverall, excellent food, great atmosphere, and brilliant service. We’ll definitely be back!
Will not be going back.nHad friends visiting for the weekend and had booked a table for 7pm. We waited 50 mins and had to enquire where our meals were. It was almost an hour before they finally turned up . The fries had been reheated , pulled pork and beef was dry and chewy and the mc n cheese was so badly burned it was welded to the dish. Extremely disappointing . After complaining we were told the manager was going to speak to us but he didn’t bother. 10% was reduced from the bill and the drinks were free. Only positive experience was the nice young waiter.
Had a brilliant meal tonight at Reubens, everything was spot on! Isla was a lovely waitress who was able to meet all of our requests with no trouble. Also a shout out to the rest of the staff who create a lovely, chilled environment to enjoy a nice meal in town! Thankyou!
Staying at the rooms above decided to have evening meal at Reubens. Tom and Isla were our servers. Very welcoming and friendly. We had burgers. I had the Mr Thai burger.. the food was amazing! Pricing was spot on for a pub meal but taste and quality were far superior. Our complements go to Dave and Scarlett in the kitchen who got the food out quickly and to perfection. I'm hoping I have room later for pudding!
