Small basic station with toilets some closed costa coffee / vending machines etc , ideal to get to London , Edinburgh & various other places, train was already delayed when I got there
Just been to enquire about alternative travel as the train I should be getting is cancelled. The guy at the enquiry counter didn't know nor did he care less!! It's about time people respected their customers..
