Food is awful, customer service from staff is awful. Have no idea on how to greet or serve their customers. After reading previous reviews I think you put enough profit on your food prices to cover the cost of a “ takeaway container and bag”.as on the menu my dessert was £5, yet you actually charged me £6. Maybe you should put more effort into your customer service skills, and replying to your reviews without attitude, as this is peoples honest opinions on your business. Politeness and manners go a long way believe it or not
Had to leave 1 star as wouldn’t let me leave 0. The waitress and lady who served me were terribly rude! Need to learn how to smile! Ordered a dessert to go, and charged me 50p for the takeaway bag. Awful customer service if you’re not one of their own. I would highly recommend tropical treasures next door though, who have lovely customer service skills and nice food as I went in there after and couldn’t have been more pleased, didn’t charge me for a takeaway bag either!
Would not recommend anyone to visit. The menu is nit clear. I felt over charged. Ordered a beer £4 which is okay.. And a beef filet£15 which is on menu and even asked the waiter first before ordered. Even asked what comes along. She said vegetables as shown in picture beef,potatoes, vegetable but when I got.. Only mash n beef..nBill I was charged £3 for the mashed potatoes.nThe steak taste was good. But not worth the quantity.nMy friend ordered ribs who didn't enjoy at all.. Boiled ribs with dry sauce. Not even marinated. Not happy and won't recommend
Romanian food, sometimes good sometimes not,very bad service, waitress with very bad attitude,place has a terrace where you can smoke, prices a bit high comparing to other places.
Well...nnSpecially for truckers and other people who haven't ate home.nnThis is a really great restaurant.nFirst of all is clean not like the others restaurants I've been in.nThe food is good and when I'm saying is good that means is very good.nSorry i haven't took a photo of the menu but if you want to eat well i think that's the right place.nThey got from english breakfast up to traditional Romanian dishes which yeah... i recommend them.
