The service from all staff at Resolve IT is excellent. The support team are responsive, professional and highly knowledgeable - issue are dealt with and resolved within a couple of hours. Can highly recommend Resolve for your IT support needs.
I recently dealt with Resolve for a new starter at work and they were quick to respond and action my request. They also kept me regularly informed of their progress. Very happy with their service.
We have been customers of Resolve for about 18 months having moved from an in-house based IT solution. During that time they have been supportive of our learning curve and their helpdesk staff are friendly and always try their best to solve whatever issue comes along. We are an SME and reliable IT is important to us given that our staff are users not IT experts :- so the support we receive from Resolve is critical.

Resolve always respond to my requests super quickly. Everyone from Resolve understands about downtime and try to sort the problem out promptly. The guys are so nice and friendly too :- nothing ever seems to be a problem for them.
We have used Resolve since we started our first business in 2004. Our business has seen may changes through that time and our IT requirements have changed frequently. Resolve has grown with us, helping us to adapt our systems, supporting us to protect our network against threats, server installations, migration to the cloud and of course providing the day to day support our teams need to keep out IT running. I would have no hesitation in recommending the Resolve team if you need support with your IT.
The guys at Resolve consistently provide excellent IT support to WorldShare, a UK charity. Most recently, following a Windows update, Microsoft Teams did not function. Having contacted the team the problem was dealt with within a few hours by Jaime, who was not only friendly, but very efficient.
I regularly deal with Resolve at work and I find the service very responsive and personable. I often deal with James and he is really professional, patient and drills down until he gets to the bottom of things whilst also being flexible in terms of trying to fit things in around my schedule.
Really helpful, approachable IT support from a team who are pro-active in sorting out big and small tech problems. I can't say enough good things about the help which they've provided me with.
