We find Maxi Zoo great for our dog. There is less variety of pet treats and chews like yak snacks and the collagen sticks that ecco pet had but what they have our dog loves. The staff are amazing our dog pulls to get in cos the staff are so lovely and give her all the pets and cuddles. They knowledge is great anything you don't know they'll have someone who can help. For the small pets like birds fish and rodent pets they have such a wide range. This is a pet store not a petting Zoo so don't bring your kids in for a cheap day out bring them to the zoo.
not good pet shop... no high quality dog food, only medium and low quality cheap brands. Customer service is unacceptable. Not enough people work on the shift. 2 people in big shop, always you have to wait 10-20minutes next to the till because there's nobody that can come and finish your shopping. 2 stars instead of 1 only for DogCreek toys and natural chewy treats selection
Since they changed for maxi zoo I stop shopping here... Prices more expensive, some brands of cat and dog food just disappeared... Shop looks like closing down because the big empty spaces, lack of products in the shelves and low range of products. Be aware because prices can be label wrong or even not exist and don't even ask staff for information because it's a waist of time... Rather drive more miles and get better service and prices....
Amazing selection for every pet and even wildies. But make sure you have money. It's even more expensive than Equipet was. Lovely girl at the till.
Big shop but not a pet shop as pet accessories dont work for the kids but as my kids always want to see the pets
