Story

Reptile Haven was established in 1999 and has been at the forefront of reptile keeping in Ireland since it's humble roots from Mother Redcaps Market. We continue to provide high-quality captive bred reptiles, amphibians and invertebrates from the best of Irish, UK, European and US breeders. Owned and managed by Ben Lyons, when he's there... :) with his 20+ years experience of reptile keeping, we aim to please our customers and animals alike, whether beginner or more advanced.

It's an interesting store where you can find a wide variety of reptile pets and all the needed things for them. I found out that they also assist for any pet documents required for travelling and that there is an option available to order a pet you want. The very knowledgeable people work there and kindly ready to provide you any information without making you bored, which is absolutely great! So in case you are thinking of getting a pet and need more info to make that step, this store is the right place for you. I would definitely recommend it!
Small business but very well stocked. They have a very good selection of reptile's, snake's, lizard's and turtle's and everything you need to feed and take care of your new pet's. And if what your after isn't in stock , they lad's will get it in for you. As for knowledge on all the above you couldn't or wouldn't find anyone in the business any better. As for they staff you would have to go to a lot of business to find anyone more nice, helpful and respectful and they would bend over backwards to see you right. I myself do a two and a half hour round-trip just to get what we need to feed and take care for our snake. I myself have great respect for they worker's in this shop.
Second visit, first was to check out a recommendation by a previous customer and was so impressed with Willows knowledge and love for the animals, the kindness she showed my kinds and patients in helping them with bearded dragons .... this made our decision to return and purchase 2 bearded dragons and all the accessories that go with it. Great to find a place with a genuine love for the care of reptiles, highly recommend

Great place, very knowledgeable staff who genuinely care about all the fantastic reptiles, Willow had lots of information and time for us to chat before making a big decision, they also do boarding for reptiles so you don't need to worry about your pet.
Melanie did my sons birthday she is amazing at what she does and made my son feel so special with the animals and making a fuss. They loved all the reptiles really recommended
Excellent shop very experienced staff and helpful my son purchased his jumping spiders from here also the food for them would recommend this shop for anyone starting out your average high street pet shop won't have the same knowledge

Fantastic store with excellent staff that you can tell genuinely care for the animals that are there. Amazing advice on how to care for and properly keep your pet happy. Only pet shop in Dublin I’d go back too 10/10.
