I have been having laser tattoo removal with Gem, two sessions so far, and she has been great! The sessions are really quick, and on the second treatment when I unwisely decided not to put on numbing cream prior, Gem was so supportive and patient and did not once tell me I told you so! The treatment is really effective too, the tattoos have faded so much already. Would highly recommend
I am having ongoing laser hair removal treatment with Gemma @ The Ink Room Rufford Mill. Beautiful setting externally and the internal environment is very serene and calming.nI was very anxious about what to expect but Gemma makes you feel relaxed, she is really friendly, explains everything that is happening, what to expect and any aftercare required. The treatment itself has worked really well, and after only three visits I am seeing a massive difference.nPrices are really reasonable too!
I have known Gemma for a number of years now. Right from the start she’s been a very easy person to be around, a happy and friendly soul!nnThe new treatment room is stunning! Since opening The ink room I have booked in for a Carbon laser facial.nGemma was so informative about how it all works, her knowledge of it all is just amazing. The treatment is quite quick but the difference in my skin after each treatment is fantastic!nnI also had a booking with Becky for my new tattoo which I’m absolutely over the moon with. My mum and I have visited the salon a few times now. Always a welcoming atmosphere, very clean and professional. Gemma has always informed us of what procedures involve beforehand and is always very knowledgeable about the treatments she offers. Unlike other salons we’ve been to, we’ve never felt intimidated or like we don’t belong. I’ve always had the carbon facials and seen a huge difference in my skin. My mum has had the Hifu which she has found very beneficial to her confidence and wellbeing. She noticed an instant difference following the treatment and continues to see results.
I have previously been having treatments with Gemma before this business venture and can honestly say I’ve never been made to feel so at ‘home’ when first meeting someone! She is so lovely, warm and welcoming every time! Since she and Becki have opened the Ink Room I have had a tattoo by Becki, which I absolutely love and have had so many compliments on! Becki is such a talented lady! Id also better mention Gemma being on hand to take my mind off the pain!nnI have also had a carbon laser facial which I wasn’t sure what to expect but Gemma explained the treatment, aftercare and benefits very thoroughly. And also, I took my mum for a hifu facial for her Christmas present. I am always nervous to take my mum somewhere new to her as she has many health and mobility struggles. Firstly we could easily park Free of charge less than 10 metres away, smooth terrain from car to shop I had previously scoped this before booking but also from having treatments with Gemma before and knowing the person she is, I knew she would allow my mum a positive experience. Throughout the treatment, she checked in on my mum, ensuring she was comfortable, putting my mums comfort first, making sure the bed position was optimal for her. Giving us a little time at the end of the treatment for me to help her to her feet and collect herself before we left. Not to mention she feels so much better now that she looks 10 years younger! Both ladies are absolutely fab! I cannot recommend them enough!
