I had a great experience at Remix. Everyone is very nice at the salon and it’s a relaxed atmosphere. I am delighted with my new colour. My stylist Louise is amazing! She is a very professional and very knowledgeable hairdresser. She explained everything to me before starting my colour. Louise is really kind and lovely too and she did a wonderful job of getting exactly the hair colour I wanted to get! Over the top colour testing procedure with extensive verbal questioning en plein public. Hello customer data protection !? Asked to sign form even before been read out the questions. Had to leave salon with cream in both arm pits with risk of damage to garment as refused tissue.  Hello customer care !? Multiple breaches of the 2 meters rule during all of this. Hello customer health and safety  !? Mattered particularly since I am in highest covid risk category. Appointment now cancelled.

I've not long moved back to the area so needed a good hairdresser. Many people recommended Remix. I had an appointment with Paula, she was so chatty and friendly and gave me a beautiful cut and blow dry. Everyone was very welcoming,  there was a lovely atmosphere,  Thank you Paula, I will definitely be returning. 5/5 stars

Very relaxed atmosphere. Everything in place for covid from disposable gowns to hand gel and perspex screens. Highly recommend to anyone fearful of salons etc at the moment, they really look after you.‍‍
