Reviews

Samsung TV faulty within 6 months - they didnt want to know, 'see samsung' they say. I explained the Consumer Rights Act states a replacement, repair or refund is law. They are not budging.

These guys were quick to take my money on the 19th October, unfortunately the product was not the right size and so I returned this (fully tacked) at my own expense and I am yet to receive a refund. I even sent them the tracking number and every time I have chased they have fobbed me off by saying they will sort it but they never do. It's now been 2 weeks and I am still waiting for my money back. I hate companies that are fast to take your cash but don't have the courtesy to return it if the product is not right. Reliant please can you return my money to me. 
Do not use this company as they will not respond should you not be happy!

Having bought a Samsung UBDK8500 Ultra HD Blue-Ray Player from Reliant Direct through Amazon Marketplace at the end of November 2017 and being very pleased with both the service and the product I decided to buy a second Samsung UBDK8500 UHD Blue-Ray Player for use with another TV. Checking prices on the web I found that it was currently cheaper to buy direct from Reliant Direct rather than through Amazon so completed the purchase on the Reliant Direct web site. I was pleasantly surprised to find that not only did Reliant Direct offer free delivery but that I could choose the delivery date. The purchase was straightforward and I was contacted by email on the morning before the chosen delivery day to confirm that the player would be delivered the following day and that the courier would contact me an hour before delivery. I received a text from the courier, DPD, just after 8:00 am on the delivery day giving me a 1 hour time slot when the player would be delived which was extremely helpful and the parcel was deliverd 5 minutes into the alotted time slot. The player was delivered in first class condition in a sealed Samsung box and I have been very impressed with the service. I frequently make purchases on the internet and Reliant Direct is the first internet retailer that has allowed me to choose the delivery date which is a valuable addition to internet shopping. I would definitely buy again from Reliant Direct.

Nearly bought on amazon. Decided to see if price could be beaten and found Reliant Direct. Great price and great service. Recommended.

What  a brilliant company to deal with!

I ordered a TV from Reliant Direct about 2 weeks ago.

I received a called about 4 days prior to despatch, to confirm with me that the item that I had ordered was an open box item and was I aware of that?! I advised them that I wasn’t and that this was my mistake……before I could even say anything else I was offered a brand new item, a newer model at the same price. I was really chuffed. I was told that I would get a text from the couriers the night before with a 2 hour time slot (I did). I was told that they would call when they were around 390mins away (they did) and in fact they were about an hour early…which suited us for the school run. All round fabulous service and I would defo buy from them again, You would not get this level of service at Currys!!
