I’ve been seeing Karen now for physio for a couple of weeks. I’m much more mobile then I was after just 3 sessions and she’s given me some great exercises that I can incorporate within my daily routine at the gym. She’s has a wonderful bedside manner and is clearly a very experienced Physiotherspist. I would definitely recommend her to anyone that needs physio.

I visited Karen with a painful foot caused by lots of running. Not only did Karen find the root of the problem but following some treatment, she made me feel better than before the injury! I highly recommend Karen at Relax & Rehab if you have any injury in need of treatment. Worth every penny!!

Came to karen initially for knee pain and a interest in increasing activity levels so needed to address this issue. Resolved knee problem and supported me throughout training to achieve my first sprint triathlon at the age of 54. Outstanding service highly recommended!

The term physio or sports injury specialist is very much overused. There are many people who use the terminology without any real expertise to do so. Karen however is a great physiotherapist, sports injury specialist and expert and more. She genuinely cares about the physiology as well as mental wellness and the affect the two can have. I have been treated by Karen a number of time and her approach and genuine empathy are second to none. I would, and have, 100% recommend Karen to any of my sporting and non sporting friends. After all, your body is important, don't settle for second best!

Simply the best, no seriously, as a massage therapist R&R is the only place I refer my clients to when they need that next level of professional help. And all bar none have expressed that's what they get - professional, personal lasting help. Long may it continue.
