The police are completely useless, I had my purse stolen from the Wetherspoons in Horley. Went to police station shown in to room policemen dialled the number and handed me and the phone, then left the room I explained who I was they made a note of it. Did nothing I found out a picture existed the perpetrator at a shop card been used but police did not want to know. A few months later some men in hoody came on my drive with Bolt cutters and sledgehammers and knifes, destroyed a car. By smashing windows, cutting structural bars, slashing tyres. Again police did not want to know. Even when sent picture of the car the perpetrators got away in and where it was kept.

Waste of time and needs to be closed down!!! Reported a crime was told they will send someone but no one turned update called again told a officer will call back with in a hour..it took them 3hrs to call back they where rude and not helpfully was told they call back but guess what they never did!! We called them back 2hrs later and was told the officer who's dealing with this case has gone home!! Never report a crime to reigate police it take them 3years to visit you they are a joke

Drove all the way there to report a crime because thats what i thought police stations were for- was seen quite quickly - the officer dialed a number and said i had to report it by phone- was then told they would arrange for an officer to come and see me at home. Maybe im not getting this but seems like a total waste of everyones time.
