Reviews

Refused to give details of the £600 deposit we paid on our rental. When asked several times over 18 months, they avoided the question and subject every time. We are now having to issue a court order against them. Extremely uncooperative. And quite rude when you question them. 

I know my stuff. And I always research everything from both sides before making a point of anything, they didn't like that they couldn't pull the wool over our eyes and ceased contact, still in possession of our money.

Absolutely brilliant! We found all of the staff to be very friendly and kept us up to date throughout the entire sales process. The manager seemed to be informed and 'on the ball' more than our solicitor and made sure we understand each step as it happened. Highly recommend.

AVOID AVOID AVOID. After I put my house on the market with these jokers I didn't get any communication and I felt they were dishonest about the viewings. They managed a total of 3 in 6 weeks. Move the property to another agent who price matched, gave a brilliant weekly update, managed loads of viewings and sold the property within 3 weeks.

Run for the hills.
