Desmond responded quickly to my phone call and arranged a prompt appointment. His colleague Chris gave an efficient service replacing lighting to LED and installed a new socket. Very happy to recommend Reid Electrical.

Contacted Reid electrical in need of a replacement boiler system. They responded quickly and gave me a very fair quote for the job. The job was executed smoothly and effectively. Would definitely recommend.

He is rude, arrogant, aggressive and verbally abused me when I asked him to leave my property and called me a f**ing p***k. He is very demanding of the payment in cash there and then before he leaves, where as most traders are happy to send an invoice via email and have you pay electronically. Took him 1hr and 15 mins to wire in a hob , and next day it was already not working. Won't even bother calling him again will get someone else, he is not worth anyone's time. READ THE OTHER REVIEWS ON HERE WHICH SHOW HE IS AGGRESSIVE, RUDE, ARGUMENTATIVE AND ARROGANT, you don;t get more then 1 bad review saying the same thing if it's not true. AVOID AVOID AVOID! (he asked to use the toilet, but not in a polite way, he just said 'wheres the toilet' went to it and stunk out the whole flat, disgusting)

It always amazes me that people like this remain employed. Absolute timewasters. Booked and confirmed for a job, I took the day off work to let them in and they simply don't turn up. No calls, no apologies, no professionalism. Avoid!
