Business insurance on business vehicles, expensive like everyone else but good service

Great service.  The team at Reich are always professional and courteous.  I use them for all my insurance needs including personal and business - from private healthcare to commercial vehicle.  I have recently dealt with Lisa Garton motor who has gone out of her way to accommodate me.  I have also deal with Matthew Smith property who has always been great.  I cannot recommend high enough - you get a level of service not attainable from faceless internet only companies.

Ive used Reich now for a number of years and they are always really professional, helpful and strive to always give me the best cover at the best possible price. I'd never move away from Reich for my insurances.

Poor Service for a prospective client:  At about 12:05pm I called the private client department to discuss Travel Insurance and the phone was answered and immediately put down.  Then at 12:10pm I called the general number and was put through to the private client department. The person said it was lunchtime and couldn't get anyone to speak to me.

Reich is employed by the head leaseholder for 40 maisonettes to obtain buildings insurance cover, which is then paid by the owners/tenants. They ‘obtained’ £140K cover from AXA for my maisonette at £349 pa. with a £250 excess. I got web quotes from GoCompare and Moneysavingexpert. The lowest were £74 and £86 respectively and the latter included identical cover from AXA for £89!

Treated terribly by this company. Beware they are so unprofessional. Never again.
