Very poor, booked breakfast for my team that never came. Unlimited tea and coffee was a jug of hot water in a dispenser that was useless and took forever to pump out. Will not book again. I'd advise anyone thinking of booking Dartford Admiral Park not to.
Basic entrance, poor quality seating especially when visiting for PIP assessment. No disabled entrance unless reception let you in the side door
There is always something wrong. Offices with no heating and no temperature control, kitchen with no water, multiple toilet cubicles out of order, no soap in the bathrooms.nnLast week my motorcycle was stolen from the car park and after a week of asking staff to look at the cameras and getting nowhere I gave up.nnI seriously recommend that you avoid renting an office here.
It's in a good location and easy to get to. Didn't like the car parking situation though. You have to download an app to pay online. The actual tariff itself though was reasonable, just a hassle making the payment.
Do not move your business here. The only positive point is that the reception staff are friendly. The building couldn't be used for 3 days in July as the air cooling system broke down. Office temperature was 38 degrees. Now 3 days of September without incoming calls. There is no way of getting hold of Area Managers as centre staff and head office are not allowed to give out mobile numbers. Avoid at all costs.
