This location is extremely unsatisfactory; it's the worst Regus office we've encountered. We've been here for two years, and the office environment has been consistently problematic. The elevator is out of order about 90% of the time, and the restroom has been dysfunctional for several months. The temperature control is erratic, with one week being uncomfortably hot and the next week excessively cold, forcing us to work in our jackets. Fortunately, our contract is concluding soon, and we're relocating.
Since Luci and Sadie have taken over, there have definitely been obvious improvements within the building. The building has been re painted and reception has been re vamped as well. The place is tidy and very clean with the meeting rooms being supplied with fresh bottles of water. There is plenty of parking and the building is easily accessible. Sadie and Luci are extremely friendly, approachable and are always happy to help.
We moved into Regus back in September 2021 and I can honestly say it was not what we were expecting at all. Communication was quite poor about the layout of the offices/sizes it seemed as though they just wanted the deal. They had a new site manager who was lovely but didn't last long at all and then we had another temp site manager again who was lovely and did her best but it was clear that someone more permanent was needed who could take control & get things done. The whole building was in need of some much needed TLC.nnI had previously complained but nothing much happened at all from a senior level which frustrated me all the more. I heard tenants complaining constantly about the state of the place and how nothing was ever done. I was not about to have our team work in such an environment so I started a list and raised with Regus. I was dreading how our time her was to be.nnThen the lovely Sadie joins and she soon sees what needs to be done and from day 1 she has been on the case and pretty much everything that I have raised has been sorted now for both our team and the other tenants - getting things how they should be. We are not there yet but she has brought the office on in leaps and bounds. Some tenants also need to play their part - many think Sadie is there to clear up their mess in kitchens and walkways when she is not!nnSadie manager has ALWAYS been polite, courteous and helpful to all in our team - maybe this is because we do our bit and treat her also with the respect she deserves. Response times from the front desk is very prompt and more often than not same day. She has started to implement some great things that will make things better for us all and ensure tenants are accountable. I must say the place is 100 times better than it was since Sadie has taken over.nnA shout out to the new lady , Luci too. She supports the Regus office - again lovely and really wants to work to make the office a great place to work. They make a great teamnnWe always get a smile and hello when we pass and I am pleased our relationship with the ladies is working so well ! Its a 2 way street :
We have been here for over a year now and seen much progress in the building with Sadie and Luci on the management team. Nothing is too much trouble and they are always ready to help with any queries we have. Lovely place to work, highly recommended.
