i hate to sound rude but frankly i could’ve done a better job myself. my fringe is so wonky and uneven. felt rushed and she didn’t ask how i felt about it, or if any touching up needed to be done. hopefully it grows out soon. not to mention about 4 inches were taken off when i specifically asked for as little length off as possible, and for feathered ends because i hate the look of blunt hair. the hairdresser did what she personally likes and ignored me entirely. totally unhappy paying for this when it’s just genuinely not good

Very friendly salon.  Elisa does my hair.  She is delightful.   It was clean, with friendly staff and a really happy vibe.  All my Christmas appointments were booked and my hair was stylish, glossy and the colour was amazing.  All in all a most enjoyable experience.

Friendly staff. I always have a pleasant experience and come out with a lovely haircut. Great advice given and care taken when washing, cutting and finishing.

horrible i paid 15pound deposit 4 a 30pound cut shampoo blow dry and was only 10mins late 4 d appointment cos I'm disabled n traffics bad n they took d next cyst in n took my deposit2 n when I arrived told me d deposit dont go tru so they can't see me 4d appointment n 2call 4d refund n I did n say2me later cant refund me unless I go back 2see them they r liars cos I called my bank n they told me they took my deposit already I'm defn never booking with them again they r thievesService:&nbsp;Hair extensions

great hair salon, so happy with my hair so in love with it thanks to Claire who I had my hair done by. 5 star service. Claire was so bubbly and chatty which made the time fly by always reassuring me what she was doing at every step so I was happy with it. would highly recommend!!

Would definitely recommend, staff are friendly, well trained and store spotless.  Elisa did my hair, despite still training she was very professional and walked through every step with me. She also made sure that my allergies were accompanied :. Couldn't fault anything.

II took my 13 year old daughter to have her hair cut just at the ends the lady who was going to cut her hair was a little impolite not to say rude, as she didn't understand what my daughter said to her, the lady had the courage to say..... you do not speak English? I could consider this as discrimination and in the end they didn't make the child discount I paid £41 for washing and cutting only the ends of my hairService:&nbsp;Bang trim

I have been going to Regis , cribs causeway for six years. Claire has been cutting my hair, I can not recommend her enough. I sometimes don’t know what to do with my hair, but she always knows what is good for me, and understands what iam talking about. My hair always looks good, and I get lots of compliments. I come out feeling happy. She is also friendly and kind. Ten out of ten.Service:&nbsp;Hairstyling
