Avoid this clinic at all costs. Seriously, I tend to avoid giving bad reviews because I think it takes a lot to give them. But do not go here. They were terrible across the full service.  Terrible customer service: The staff was unhelpful and unprofessional.  Lack of accuracy: The testing process was imprecise and unreliable.  Excessive charges: They seemed more interested in charging as much as possible than providing proper care.  Lost my test sample: This is completely unacceptable  Incompetence: After four visits, they still couldn’t provide a diagnosis.  Wrong test performed: I was given a different test than the one I requested and was charged a much higher rate for it.  No refund or apology: Despite three inaccurate tests, they refused to refund my money and didn’t even offer an apology.  I strongly urge you to avoid this clinic.

I’m not so good with injections. However within less than 10 minutes from start to finished two were done and I didn’t feel a think. Super quick and easy. Would recommend.

Recently attended the travel clinic with my daughter for various vaccinations needed for our trip to Northern Africa. Great experience, the reception staff were really helpful as soon as we arrived, the appointments were on time. The nurse was clearly very knowledgeable, professional and efficient putting our worries at ease. My daughter who is not great with needles said ‘wow it didn’t hurt’ and she had to have three vaccinations so a highly skilled nurse. Would highly recommend.

By the looks of the reviews, great place for a hay fever injection. Avoid for anything else.  The travel consultation is pointless, they just want to sell you every injection possible. From a phone call the cost went from £100, in person £760. How?? Just look at the offices, wannabe art museum.  The whole experience was poor, reception to consultant, giving inconsistent information and assessment. Everything didn't feel right from the go.  Plenty of other places available, do your research. It's evident the lack of care and empathy, just want your money.  Train the reception staff better, add a pre consultation before filling out multiple forms, be clear with your prices, stop having consultants guessing. Oh and crack a smile, that's FREE.

If I could give 10 stars I would... Very friendly, excellent clinic, well located, together with caring, confident and communicative staff. Great advice and guidance as well, mean't an all round positive experience. Thank you

Vali was amazing at explaining all the vaccinations I needed for my holiday and spent time going through everything with me and putting my mind at ease. Would highly recommend.

Very quick service for travel injections - able to fit me in for the same day. Appointment was 30 minutes late, but she was very good and explained everything well.

I will not be going back here. Last year I had £75 hay fever injection.  Everything was explained  clearly and the SINGLE dose treated my severe symptoms and lasted me all through the hay fever season! I was very happy with the service and booked for this year. WHAT A MISTAKE!  Everything was rushed and not explained,  I said that I had the single dose last year, but as she administered the injection she informed me that she was giving me a double dose. She didn't give me an option and I did not know until I got to reception that this was an additional £75! After the injection and before I found out that I was being charged for something I didn't ask for, she asked me to do a five star review and made me do it before I left! The best bit...... the DOUBLE DOSE DID NOT WORK!! I am suffering as if I never had it! Complete waste of money!!

This is also the same place as Travel doc. Great place to get vaccines privately. You can book an appointment online or walk in. There is a questionnaire to be filled for travel vaccines. If your vaccine needs to be taken over a few number of doses, you will be required to pay upfront for the total number of doses.  Very quick service. Vali is skilled enough to give the injections in the least painful way. Not sure if this place has provision for disabled access. Recommended

Brilliant clinic that offers hay fever treatment that really works - fabulous service and will use every year so fully recommended. Nurse Vali is lovely, will always come when I need help at short notice.
