Just had a kebab wrap with chips chilli and garlic. And it was absolutely beautiful, man on the phone was so polite, and woman delivery driver was very polite. Definitely be ordering again. Thank you
Lush! Best chicken kebab, delicious pizza and chicken nuggets are 5 star. We order from here often for collection and delivery. Always quick and food always hot.Food: 5/5
Late, raw and oh my God... Topping is called topping because it's going on the top. this is not pizza, it's made up dish attempting to be something it's not. Crispy ham and pepperoni would save it. Topping under cheese is steam cooked, mushy, results in raw dough and without any carmelisation you can really taste how cheap it was. Had to bake that pizza for another 15minutes at home.
FOOD DID NOT TURN UP! Waited almost 3 hours, rang up. 3 times, he said on the way every time. Lied to me, with the worst attitude ever by the way. 4th time. He lied again saying the driver had turned up, twice. And I didn't answer the door. Lies again.. I have cctv no car or man came to my door. I was sat watching too! I said I want a refund. No refund. No food. Worst customer service i have ever experienced. I will make sure I get my refund.
Food is superb, great banter and staff team
Ew. Bought the £13 chicken box for delivery, bought two boxes and one parmasan was double the size of the other which was annoying. Then tried the tandoori chicken kebab, which turned out not to be a kebab at all just! Just chicken in tandoori sauce thrown in the same box as the crispy fried chicken, parmasan and chips making the whole lot a soggy mess. To top it all off delivered by the most miserable child can't have been older than 13 in existence. Is it not illigal in the UK for kids that young to be working? Overall a shambles of a service and the food was not nice at all everything in the box tasted like soggy badly made tandoori and wasn't hot at all. £28.50 in total for the worst takeaway in the North East. Would not reccomend.
Food was cold and the oil was old in the fryers and we order from here nearly every week and the food is usually nice. Oh and it took ages for delivery if you can't be arsed just let us know next time.
We have ordered take away from Regency a few times recently, amidst the lockdown saga. We've ordered both chicken parmesans and chicken kebabs, both of which have been the best I've tasted at any takeaway in years. The chicken parmesans are huge and delicious. The chicken kebabs from most takeaways offer minimal meat and and lack in taste, but the meat is tasty, plentiful and even the pittas were the best I've ever tasted. The quality of the food coupled with the quantity is well worth your money. That being said, I think we will be ordering again tonight : 5 Stars 10/10
Really good food, personally I like the meat feast as the pizzas are highly flavourful. Bit pricey but worth it in my opinion
Chips not fully cooked Pizza has less quantity on it as from before also charge wrong prices as to what on line as no menu in shop
