Established in 2003, Regency is a leading independent Estate Agency using modern marketing techniques, whilst maintaining a traditional & personal service.

We pride ourselves on the many recommended and returning clients, our proactive approach is underpinned by a wealth of experience in the property industry with the Regency team benefiting from 36 years of Estate Agency experience.

Our 7 days a week opening with extended hours, ensure that we don’t miss any opportunities. In fact, we are open the equivalent of a whole extra day a week compared to our nearest competitors, meaning we can arrange more viewings & ultimately maximise your chances of selling/letting your property.

Having moved into new premises in April 2015, our new address is considered by many to be located in what most would consider to be the best location in town! Our bespoke designed office offers a warm, welcoming environment that we love so much and we are sure you will too!
