Not living in the area any longer, this is a store that I only visit about a couple of times a year. I used to be a regular when I lived locally, because they usually had a good range of products at reasonable prices. However, on this visit, I was a little disappointed, finding that the range of outdoor clothing was not as comprehensive as usual - a lot of the same thing. Prices were still competitive, although newly-released items were more expensive than the established ones.
I have lots of Regatta clothing which is perfect for outdoors. Always things on offer at good value prices.
My favourite outdoors walking shop! Great products and excellent quality, staff are always happy to help best shop at Freeport ;
Good place but doesn't have the same stock as online
Extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff, great stock and reasonable prices. A special shout out to the Manager Claire who goes above and beyond customer service and has a fantastic rapport with her staff. Never once in over 20yrs have I gone in to see miserable fed up people working there. It makes shopping a joy instead of a chore!
My Mum came here recently looking for a new coat and unfortunately the one she likes was not in stock. The very helpful lady behind the counter went above and beyond by checking the local area for stock. When this failed she then assisted her with placing the order online helping her with her fear of online shopping. Thank you!

Good selection of outdoor clothing. I got a bargain price storm-proof insulated jacket for only £40. The assistants were friendly & helpful.
Ordered jacket 8 weeks ago, they phoned up to see if it was on stock, yes, never got it, reordered 4 weeks ago. They Phoned up to see of it was in stock again, yes, phoned up to see if it had arrived in shop, as nobody has got back to me regarding jacket. I was told by the lady in shop that it's Autumn now and it was a summer jacket and no longer available. It was Summer when l ordered it Joke
Went in on Monday after a pair of walking shoes. I had already been in a few shops before Regatta. I struggle with finding shoes that fit me comfortably. I tried a couple of pairs on and had no luck. I was approached by a lovely member of staff who was called Millie. She asked me if I needed help so I explained to her what I was looking for. She managed to find a pair of shoes that fit me quite well. I had a budget of £100 and only paid £60 so I was happy with that. Thank you once again Millie!
