Purchased a 208 allure from this dealership last November. 7 months later developed a fault took it back they told me they had experienced the exact same fault on other models and it was replaced.but they did not want to replace it on mine.told me to contact Peugeot care they did not want to know either. Regal would not speak to me about resolving this issue not once did they contact me regal motors are a despicable company for customer after care and Peugeot warranty is not worth the paper it is written on.avoid this company do not deal with them go to a reputable company avoid at all cost you have been warned
Start to finish absolutely fantastic service from Nigel at Regal Peugeot in Wolverhampton. We drove a fair distance to view a used 3008 that had recently become available. We arrived on time but the sales person we booked an appointment with was still with another customer. Nigel offered to step in and arranged for us to view the car and take it for a test drive. We found Nigel to be completely honest and open and he made no attempt with any hard sell tactics, particularly with regards to 'extras' such as finance, extended warranty, paint protection, GAP Insurance etc. In fact other than asking how we would intend to pay he didn't mention any of these things unlike another approved Peugeot Dealership we had recently visited in the midlands area. It was also reassuring to know this is a family owned and run business and the sales people are all long term employees. Anyhow, we bought the car after agreeing a trade-in value for our VW Golf and Nigel was quick to respond to any additional questions we had during the 10 days or so it took to prepare the car ready for collection. This took a little longer than usual due to the easter weekend. We are unlikely to return for a service as there are a number of approved Peugeot dealerships much closer to home. And the car came with a Peugeot Spoticar Warranty meaning we can use it at any approved dealership. So as far as after sales service and servicing go I can't comment and I do note the issues reported in some of the reviews here. But I would certainly recommend Regal if you are in the market for a new or used Peugeot at any point.
Vehicle came out WORSE than how i took it in. Car came in to have a service and mot. There was apparently an issue with the steering from the dash warning as soon as you started ignition. Was told everything was fine except exhaust and front disks and pads. I then okay'd the disks to be replaced. Paid for the repairs totaling £577. I then got into my vehicle to take it home and noticed the steering fault still there. I went back in confused because that should have been fixed. The manager then comes out and tells me at the end that there is a problem with the bulbs and electrics. I'm a little confused at this point because on the service report and recommendations the bulbs where green and fine. Came back a few days later to find the power steering no longer working, the MPH Gauge not working and the original faults still there, with nothing they could do about it unless i want to pay another +£3000. In the end sponged out of £577 on the service, disks and pads. AVOID
I cannot recommend Regal Motors Bilston enough. On our two interactions with the dealership, we have experienced exemplary and prompt customer service. The team are a credit to Peugeot and to themselves.
I would like to give in thank you for the work carried out today on my vehicle in the service dept they were very courteous and helpful they did everything that I asked for nothing was to much trouble all though vehicle was only in for one day was given vehicle to drive with out having to ask I will definitely use again if I need to thanks again for all your help. P.s Merry Christmas and happy new year to everyone 10/10
Service department are incompetent and liars. During service they said my timing belt was cracked and must be fixed. I had to book back in for diagnostic £120 and they said it's not cracked and they selected the wrong option on the health check form. The manager did not want to refund my £120 but eventually did. Service desk lady through the chip and pin machine at me for the refund. She also lied and said Peugeot had closed the case, but Peugeot called me a few days later asking for the technical report. Similar things have happened 3 times now so I won't go back.
Great Assistance from the Service , Team purchased a Warranty and also a Service package with Regal Motors , My Car will never go anywhere else. Great Prices.
Not sure about the place to be fair I had my cash ,payment But staff was only Interested in finance by them And then was not very helpful horrible after Think they want you to put shirt and tie on lol like I said I was only popping in to see if car was Automatic as I gone past it for weeks and the car not moved No cars have move for weeks And no other customers was in there All other place was busy I want too So Think that says it all
The customer services are second to none. Helpful, knowledgeable and polite staff. Would recommend Regal Motors for anyone wanting first class service from new or used cars to servicing and repairs at affordable prices.
wouldn't give one app wont let u give 0 car went in came away loss of power now found 4 fault codes not there before one is ecu
