Worst taxi company! Regal cars are always late and and on two occasions i have booked with them for early morning airports on behalf of my mother and once they didnt turn up - no answer from office and the other time were 30 minutes late! never again!

over priced..rude drivers..rude office staff, you would be better of using ' shanks pony' !!

Worst cab experience. We were quoted £31 for two cabs to the Derby Arms two weeks ago, yet they charged us £22 one way! Called the office to complain and they said that the drivers had tried to rip us off. Never using again.

Late, went the rong way and charged us for her mistake, rudest and worst taxi ride ever
