A great local gym with amazing staff and very reasonable membership prices! The equipment is simple but all you need to target your main muscle groups - a great place to kickstart your strength and body building training! The regular members that you meet here are always bringing good vibes and are super friendly. Everyone is willing to help anyone so don’t be afraid to ask if you need anything!
Use to train here when I lived in Erith 15 years ago and took my son on the weekend as we were visiting locally had a great session will be going again

Great gym. My some has been attending boxing lesson here for the last 5 months. He's really enjoyed it and his coach Darren is brilliant.

Great old school gym. Helpful knowledgeable staff, with a great atmosphere. Plenty of people willing to help out. A place to make friends, train hard, and without the killer costs that seem to be the norm these days. Go try it out, these places are rare to find.

Outstanding old skool no nonsense gym! Great pricing, great gear, great atmosphere, well maintained and friendly. Both staff and management were incredibly welcoming will not hesitate to visit again. 11/10
