I've been going to Reflections for as long as i can remember, and im usually really pleased with the results but this one time i will never forget. I have very dark hair and because it was summer i asked for some caramel colour highlights to lift the colour. I left with bright yellow stripes through my hair that werent even at all. Im not a confrontational person at all so you may blame me for not speaking up when my hair was done, but i just wanted to leave after my experience! I was due to be a bridesmaid for my brother two weeks later with yellow stripes in my hair! Thankfully i found a lovely hairdresser elsewhere who sorted it out for me but its put me off ever going back again.

Ive recently had Micro Bead hair extensions fitted at Reflections Yate. Couldn't be more happier with the results. Hair stylist Sophie was highly knowledgeable with the process and made sure my extensions were the best match and natural looking! Would highly recommend!
