Yet again excellent service at Reflections Keynsham. Staff are extremely welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. In my opinion the staff are well trained and customer focused. Both my husband and I have been coming here for years and highly recommend it.

Rang up and arranged a colour correction, 
Turned up and explained that I had had a hair disaster prior and hairdresser should have said there and then that she wasn’t confident to do it. Instead I wasted over 3 hours having orange highlights to come out WORSE then I went in. The hairdresser even forgot to put the olaplex in even though I requested it at the beginning. 

The manager seeing I was close to tears then said we won’t charge you ( obviously as it was worse then before) then made me pay half!!! I walked out feeling upset and confused why I paid £60 for my hair feeling like straw and more brassy then before, then after I complained made me pay £30!!! I feel this was a complete waste of time and am still wearing a hat!!!

I always enjoy having my hair done at this salon. Excellent cut and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Had my hàir coloured and cut today, floor was covered in hair, mirrors needed cleaning, I know staff can get bored talking to clients, but 3 minutes after we talked about my weekend going away I was asked what are you doing this weekend. I paid today £62.50 which was lucky as I had 50% off, had to wash hair tonight to get dye off of skin

I can't rate this salon highly enough!Professional staff who listen to your ideas and base suggestions on your lifestyle, interest in maintenance and current trends. Lots of time is taken on your consultation and everyone is extremely attentive. A really relaxing and luxurious experience.
