A week ago I had my very first Hydrofacial at Reflect. I wasn't really sure what to expect but can honestly say I was so pleased with the results! Lisa went through a thorough skin consultation with me (where I learnt a lot about my skin and what I was doing right and wrong in my skincare routine!!) then Amy did my hydrofacial. She talked through each step and it was so relaxing!! My skin felt instantly cleaner and healthier and a week later I can definitely still see the benefits.  I would highly recommend!!

My daughter has been going to see Lisa for hydrafacials to help with acne prone skin and she loves it! Not only is the whole experience relaxing and welcoming from the moment that you step through the door but the treatment itself definitely helps clear her skin and reduce the redness. We're both very impressed!

I have been seeing Lisa Reid for physio since my ski accident in March 2015.  It is great to have someone treat you with a hands on approach and I always feel so much better both physically and mentally after seeing her.  I am a keen runner so Lisa has had to be strict with getting me to rest, but if you stick with it and make sure you do her exercises you will be back to it in no time.

I would really recommend Lisa to anyone looking for an excellent physio.
