My mother has recently moved and needed to get the kitchen done. Given problems with things not being in stock and the length of time to wait when ordered, we were lost where to go until we went to Reface in Rutherglen. We met Jacqueline who had the answers to all our questions advising us the cabinets were made in house, so highly unlikely the colours mum chose would be out of stock. She was extremely helpful without being intrusive, So given this and the quality of the cabinets in the showroom mum decided to go with Reface. Jacqueline kept in contact with us ensuring the work was done as quickly as possible causing as little distress to mum, who is delighted with her decision to go with Reface because of the quality of cabinets, the standard of worth by the kitchen fitters. My opinion is that you may find a kitchen cheaper not by much but not of the quality and service we received from this company. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Thank you for making an old lady very happy
I had used Reface previously. I suggested to my partner we use this company to revamp our kitchen. She wasn't sure about them, but i convinced her to go for it. To say she isHappy is an understatement. The only thing I'd add is, be positive about what you want when planning and stick to it. Don't let anyone talk you out of it. We will undoubtedly use this company again in the future.
We had our kitchen Refaced this week. It looks lovely. Excellent job by two very professional young joiners and a plumber who popped in to replace our sink. They were friendly, courteous and very clean workers. I would not hesitate to recommend Reface Scotland. Thank you.
Really impressed with the whole operation from start to finish. Apologies I am terrible with names...the young woman in the showroom was great, really knowledgable and patient with my endless questions about how refacing a kitchen actually worked! Then the measurer and surveyor showed up exactly as planned and were both friendly and efficient. Stuart did a brilliant job fitting the kitchen and again was really friendly and professional. Quality of doors are great, all in all I'm absolutely delighted and will be definitely be a repeat customer! Thanks again.
All the staff members that I have had dealings with have been fantastic! From the girl in the showroom in Rutherglen sorry forgot your name, to the surveyor and the fitters, all a credit to the company. Maybe the salesperson can tone down the “salesman” side of things! The standard of the work and the quality of the product look excellent. Saved roughly £4000 on a price of a fully new kitchen! So far I’m glad I went with reface.
Left a leak in the utility rrom on newly fitted cupboards -refused to come tellling me how to turn off water,. made a join on worktop on an uneven surface causing worktop to split and blamed me for having water on the surface to cause split -told me i would have to pay for new worktop . cheap looking kitchen an previous kitchem removed looked superior , shocking lack of empathy and manners from the lady boss dealing with my complaint ,dont deal with this company as no aftercare and once signed up just want money and go .
Made an appointment for someone from this company to call for a quote. I was told that there was someone near to me Perthshire on a certain date. Nobody appeared at agreed time so I call the office and was told that someone would contact me.................nobody did ! A few weeks later I was down in Glasgow so called at their office and made a new appointment. I did get an apology for the non appearance of their employee but no explanation as to why I was forgotten. The next day I called to change the date of this new appointment and a new date and time was agreed. That day and time came and nobody appeared so I called the showroom and was told tghat someone would call me back. Needless to say nobody did so I called them again and asked what was happening...................now the good bit starts ! I was told that maybe their man had had a death in the family so could not make it !!!!! I suggested that even if that was the case surely anyone that was conscientious would cancel any appointments . The reply to that was that maybe they would be too stressed to do so !! So, save yourself any stress and avoid this very unprofessional operation !!! I really must reply to to your response to this review and correct a few points. Firstly you say that that you made the appointment when you were with other clients in the area. Absolute tosh !!! You made the appointment date and there’ was never any mention of confirming any appointment. You then try to tell everyone that the appointment was not made because of the sad circumstances of the member of staff suffering a bereavement. Again, utter tosh !!! When I spoke to you office and asked what had caused this appointment to be missed you said that it “could be because the staff member could have had a bereavement. I questioned this excuse and you actually said that that was probably at the high end of excuses. There was no suggestion that this was true !!!!! It was funny that of Watchdog Live the other night that very same excuse was used by another company !!! How do you expect any sensible customer to put faith in a a company that behaves like this ?
Our kitchen was approaching 20 years of age and was starting to look dated. My wife and I thought hard about the options available and the disruption a new kitchen would cause. The layout of the kitchen was the way we liked it. With the cabinets being of good quality and still in good condition we decided to check out Refacescotland. We called in at their Hillington showroom where Margaret was very helpful with advice, this prompted us to arrange a free estimate. The sales person Barry was very professional as was Walter the surveyor who came up with a few good ideas we never thought of. However the icing on the cake was their fitter Zak who was extremely talented in his skill level and work ethic. His customer facing skills and professionalism are a credit to Refacescotland. Subsequently our kitchen upgrade was completed over two days and exceeded our expectations. I found Refacescotland very customer focused, very competitive in their pricing and would not hesitate to recommend them. Ian Fraser Bearsden
Just had doors and cupboards replaced. Great work done. Very happy with it. Have had shoddy work done before with other companies but this has been done to a high standard . Thanks so much
They have an outstanding choice of kitchens . The staff go all out to make the whole experience simple and easy . I can't recommended enough . From my initial enquiry to my installation has been seem less . The outcome is my very own bespoke kitchen .
