I have recently used Reepham Post office to return goods value £160. Unfortunately I forgot to place the returns label inside the parcel. I quickly returned less than 15 mins later to the PO to retrieve the parcel and insert the label. However the counter staff had bagged the parcel and were unwilling to open a bag or two to find my parcel. This I found unbelievable, it’s was 5 mins extra work for them. What a world we live in.
I wanted to bank some money but had part bags of coinage. When I called to check this was ok, the person on the phone could not have been more helpful. Excellent service. Well done.
Heard a conversation between a nurse and counter staff. Nurse complained about cross contamination as the girl was wearing gloves but not using any cleaner between parcels, keyboard, cash and customers receipts. Counter girl was rude , laughed at the nurse because she took hold of her receipt with her jumper for protection. The counter girl told the nurse not to come back again. All this is documented by the cameras in the post office Pretty discussed. Not going in there again
Very friendly staff, who are always very polite and pleasant to deal with. Highly recommend for all your post office needs.
having used reepham po for 30 years plus i can say it is grade a top class.sadly i lost my temper after a dispute that was not thier fault and would like to say sorry to george ,julie and any other person in the post office on sat 11th may 2019 .
My parcel was lost and the women on the phone where very rude talking over me and hung up before I got her name I went to pick up a parcel thay wouldn't except the email from royal mail I had forgot my driving licence had other proof which is on royal mails list of proof thay wouldn't except it so ended up travelling 20 miles round trip this post office needs to get the old staff out and in with new really does need face lift with helpful staff

I have no idea how anyone could possibly rate Reepham Post Office as anything other than a 5* experience. Nothing is too much trouble and it a treasure to be appreciated less we lose it.
Always been able to help with everything I have needed and always been friendly. Nice small business doing their best to serve the community
lost my mail order goldfish, found it a week later and didnt tell me. i found it in their bin. taking my business elsewhere
