Cant speak highly enough of all the staff. Nothing is too much trouble and are always willing to help. Have bought a couple of properties through this branch and the communication has been second to none. My first property they let within 24 hours and they have already let my next property before it has even been completed. Will definitely be back soon

I would like to give an honest review of Reeds Reins Seaham. We are buying a home through this company so we are not their client. All I can say is they have been brilliant. From the knowledge that Tracey had of the house when we first arranged a viewing to the end process of exhange. Not often do you find a whole office that will give you excellent service. We dealt mostly with Tracey, she was knowledgeable, compassionate and fully aware of our situation and every time we spoke with her she was totally professional and caring! I would not hesitate to use this branch again in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone wanting To sell their home as they do care. All in all, we have had a pretty easy ride and that is partly due to the prompt service from Tracey. I would like to thank everyone at the office for helping us to find our dream home, especially Tracey and would urge them to continue treating all of their clients and buyers in the way we have been treated. It makes a difference and I will never forgot the brilliant service we have recieved! Thank you all so much.

I would definitely recommend selling with reedsrains seaham branch,Chantel has been great from the start arranging viewings, keeping me up to date every step of the way very helpful and friendly.

very helpful and friendly staff, all of them have gone the extra mile to assist us, they are worth their weight in gold, would definitely recommend to friends and family, I couldn't have done it without this this truly amazing team, keep up the good work.
