Helpful and speedy with replies. However, during the viewing I asked about damp and the letting agent told us that they would be doing a full inspection of the property and ask the landlord to fix anything they find wrong with the property before our move in date. Only for us to move in and discover that no checks were done as there was a huge patch of mould behind one of the wardrobes. The landlord wasn't aware of the situation and luckily is fixing it for us now but we are having to delay unpacking to keep our furniture and clothes out of the mouldy room. It was hard to miss the second you looked behind the wardrobe and if the checks we were promised were done, this could have been sorted before we moved in.

I recently rented a property through Reeds Rains at Salford Quays and was very impressed with the service provided by Hannah and Ian. They were professional, patient and understanding, and continue to be so. They explained processes and procedures to me and did not over-complicate things.  In the course of my application, I met with a few difficulties. For example, my computer failed to function satisfactorily and so they invited me to their office to resolve paperwork issues. This meant that the handover of keys took place on schedule. Whatever the problem, they were able to come up with a way of negotiating around it and put my mind at ease.  Despite the stress I must have caused them both, Hannah and Ian were cheerful, friendly and welcoming.
