We’re especially grateful to Michael for his support throughout the process, not only did he help us access a house that was taken off the market but he also kept up regularly updated throughout the purchase process. His communication was fantastic!
The team is highly unprofessional and poorly managed, and a clear lack of communication is evident. Initially, they scheduled an appointment for a specific day. However, when I didn't receive any call or message on that day, I had to contact them. They informed me that there would be no viewing that day and rescheduled a new viewing appointment, which I confirmed for a different day and time. When I arrived at the property at the specified time slot, I found no one there. After calling the team, they instructed me to wait at the property, promising that someone would arrive to assist with the viewing. Yet, after waiting for 15-20 minutes with no sign of anyone, I had to call them again. This time, they informed me that no one was coming because their colleagues had gone to another property for a viewing appointment, and I was considered late. When I presented them with call logs as proof of my presence at the property at the specified time and that no one from the team had shown up, the agent suddenly became rude and began manipulating the timeline and their responses. It was only after countering with the facts that I realized the agent had abruptly ended the call.
These people don’t know how to communicate. I’ve been 13 days and counting without hot water and i have a 15 week old baby!!! the find every excuse under the sun, none of which make any logical sense, as to why they cant make emergency repairs fast enough. a plumber said it was dangerous and could set alight, they tried to shut me down and say it isn’t accurate, but guess what happened this morning? smoke bellowing into my newborns face!!!! smoke alarm wasnt working too!! the fire brigade came and confirmed the property is entirely unsafe, which i knew a week ago but the agency WOULDNT LISTEN. 13 days to get someone out to “attempt” to fix the hot water. leaks all over the place, main bedroom completely sodden, radiator not working at all in the main bedroom. this property was NOT CHECKED properly before renting out. appalling service, the worst i have ever come across
Tia was a great help when looking for a perfect house for me and my partner, she has provided all the information and help when it came to the property search. After picking the house, Myles was a tremendous help when sorting out all the files and getting everything in place. He was speedy with all his replies and always provided all the information we needed. We found the moving process quite stressful at first, but Reeds Rains helped and reassured us throughout the entire process. They were always friendly and ready to answer all of our questions and concerns.
The process of securing new tenants was a little challenging because of issues with the property and tenant expectations. However, Myles patiently and with great details interfaced thereby made it feel easy and at the end delivered the expected result.
I have bought and sold a property using Reeds Rains Morley and I have had a good experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to buyers or sellers. They are always quick to respond to emails and are very professional. They are a little bit more expensive than their competitors locally but it’s definitely worth it for the better quality service! Shout out to Michael for beating my solicitor to the punch at every stage of the process!
