The marketing was second to none, we had more viewings than we every imagined and we were kept constantly updated on buyers interest and any offers. We wouldn't recommend anyone else.

Matthew, Emma and the team at Reeds Rains in Hebden Bridge have just helped us sell and buy properties in the town. It wasn't straightforward and they have been absolutely brilliant throughout the entire process. 
The valuation was sensible and fair, the photos on the listing were fantastic and they made sure they got us the best price possible.
When we hit a hurdle they would jump in to action and do everything they could to sort it out. The communication has been brilliant and unlike other experiences I have had, I always felt I was talking to someone who understood my situation and was doing everything they could to help.

I recently sold my house through Reeds Rains in Hebden Bridge. Am absolutely delighted I chose them. Matthew, Sam, Emma, Alicia and Kay were all very professional, efficient and friendly without exception. Very proactive with great - very useful - local knowledge, as well as all the knowledge and expertise necessary to the business of selling a house. They made the whole process fast and easy, whereas I had expected it to be stressful. I had little time at my disposal, and they 'took the strain', freeing me up to deal with urgent deadlines elsewhere. A special thanks to Matthew and Sam, who were unbelievably prompt and cheery in dealing with all my enquiries, making me feel at times I was the only seller on their books!
