Only ever dealt with Lisa Andrews and she is fantastic. We are nightmare buyers as we want too much out of a property but Lisa never fails to find a potential property. We started giving up but Lisa always kept in touch with us and kept us going with hope that the right house for us would appear. All other estate agents gave up with us but Lisa is highly determined to continue to search for us! Easy to speak to and extremely friendly. Would recommend anyone to her and Reads Rains Ferryhill.

Everyone in the Ferryhill branch has been excellent and very helpful with the prospective purchase of a house for my mother.  We'd especially like to thank Lisa Andrews who has shown us round many properties and is dealing with our current purchase. She has been very efficient, friendly and professional at all times and is a pleasure to deal with.

Very Impressed with the Service from the staff at the Ferryhill Branch.  My first point of contact was Lisa who arranged the viewing and also a meeting with their advisor. Lisa liased with the sellers and kept me informed while I awaited a decision from them regarding my offer.
I would also like to thank Sarah Walmsley for her assistance in setting up the mortgage and the solicitors.  The help from the team has made the experience a lot easier than I expected.

After a 20 minute meeting with Lisa Andrews, I left the Ferryhill branch with an offer provisionally accepted on a property. 

Going through the remainder of the process now with other members of the Reeds Rains team.
