A HUGE "Thank you" to the great team at 'Reeds Rains' in Carnforth - The second people who viewed my house bought it, and Jane did her best to find me another home. Ben, The manager, was always ready to help, especially with the forms. Every member of the team was friendly and welcoming, and I really appreciated their good humour. I have no hesitation in recommending Carnforth's 'Reeds Rains' if you have a home to sell, and to buy.

After having 4 or 5 other estate agents round I decided that I would use Reeds Rains to sell my house. Having never sold a house before I found the staff from Reeds Rains were really helpful in outlining the process and what they could do for me. Arranging the appointment, completing the paperwork, and getting the pictures taken was really straight forward and the house was up for sale really quickly. The online advert and accompanying leaflet looked really professional and helped ensure our house stood out from the rest. The staff made a point of coming to the house prior to showing anyone round so they could check it out for themselves and therefore provide a better service. The viewings were always prearranged with as much notice given as possible. In fact communication as a whole throughout the process has been fantastic - with regular phone calls providing feedback and discussing next steps. The house was obviously set at the right price and marketed well as we had plenty of viewings and I accepted an offer within 2-3 months of the house going on the market. The staff at Reeds Rains conducted the negotiations professionally and I always thought they were really working hard to get the best deal for me. Consequently I got a really good deal for my house. I would definitely recommend Reeds Rains in Carnforth. Selling your house can be a stressful process but I thought the staff at Reeds Rains in Carnforth did a fantastic job in reducing any stress and managing the whole process. Thanks again for all your hard work.

I've used the team at Reeds Rains Carnforth to find a tenant for my flat going back several years now and each time they've been great. They seem to find a steady stream of prospective tenants and move quickly to get things finalised. They provide all the necessary information and help with finding contractors etc when required. I'll be using them again for sure and am very happy to recommend them.

Recently had to sell a property on behalf of elderly Mother-in-law under power of attorney. Invited three agents. Valuations all very close. Whilst the other two agents were quoting less to sell, We chose Reeds Rains because Ben spent much more time explaining the ins and outs of procedure and their service, and most importantly stated that they would be unable to market the property until the power of attorney had been registered and granted. The other two never mentioned this, inferring that they just wanted the instruction in the bag. Whilst this slowed things down, the last thing we wanted was a sale falling through on this technicality. We live 35 miles from the property, and despite being unable to find patio door keys, and one or two other problems, we didn't have to travel back there after giving instruction. They sorted locksmiths and all other problems. All paperwork was done by us attending a  Reeds Rains office in our vicinity. All other dealings were handled promptly and efficiently, and we have been very impressed with the service.
